My Story

Someone posted a question in one of the forums I belong to about "what does your story tell?" It was an interesting question. Many believe that your story tells what you believe about yourself. I think it's more than that. It's a story of many lives interwoven into one. It is a story of ups and downs, ins and out. And it never seems to have an end. Even when others pass on, pieces of them tend to live on through others. Whether it be stories of the past, characteristics that others have chosen to take on, or work that they left unfinished only for others to carry on the torch.

My story is one of elation and severe heartbreak. Triumph and utter failure. Success and disappointment. But I'm still here. I'm still writing. That, in and of itself, is something worth writing about. What does your story tell?
