The very idea that we can have balance implies that for every minute you are “working” you have the equal amount of time for “life”. But for many women, work and life blend. And maybe that’s the way it should be.

There are times in your life when you are focused 100% on something and totally committed to that thing. There are times when life is unbalanced because it NEEDS to be so you can build or start something.
It’s Deceptive

The PATCH Method
The PATCH Method is my way of bringing work / life harmony into my existence each and every day. I go into detail in my ebook (did you see the secret code above that lets you get it for free??) but here is a quick overview.
P - Planning. You have to know where you want to go or at least what direction you want to head in.
A - Awareness. Knowing all about yourself and your world is one of the greatest gifts you could ever give yourself.
T - Thankfulness. Having a gratitude practice changes EVERYTHING. Seriously, everything.
C - Capture. My method of keeping myself on track and calming my brain down by jotting notes to myself.
H - Honoring. Being frustrated about where you are does you no good. Honor where you are. Love where you are. Then watch things change.
All of these things have allowed me to relax into my life and actually enjoy it instead of constantly worrying about what I don’t have or haven’t gotten done yet.
