Limiting Beliefs.
Beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves about why things are the way they are. Limiting beliefs are the stories that keep you in your box, keep you small and keep you from living the life of your dreams. Uncovering limiting beliefs and turning them on their head is one of my favorite things to do with coaching clients.
Growth Skills.
The ability to keep going and never quit is a learned skill. Some people were born with an innate ability to do this, but many don’t understand how it works. Identifying, nurturing and using your resilience skills will take you further than you ever thought possible once you get the hang of it.
Breakthroughs.
We all love a-ha moments… those moments where things suddenly make sense and we feel different pieces of our life falling into place. In order to achieve these breakthroughs, you have to be ready and willing to recognize them when they happen and put yourself in a position for them to occur.
