Paying Attention to Stay Positive

Easier said than done, right? Absolutely. But getting and staying positive is all about paying attention. What? Were you expecting something else? It really is that simple.

But the question now becomes this: What should I pay attention to? The pitfalls. I promise I will explain.

It's like when you drive a car. What are the things that you look out for?

Other drivers?
Animals and kids?
Potholes?
Debris in the road?
Street signs?

All of the above?

The same goes for getting and staying positive. When you work on getting positive, it certainly is a struggle, isn't it? The bad habits are never far from the surface. But it's when you move past that initial bad habit behavior, it does get easier. But if you don't pay attention, you can have a minor collision with some not-so-good days.

So what do you need to look out for when trying to keep that positive outlook on life? The roadblocks of life. They include (but are not limited to)

1. Exhaustion
2. Hunger
3. Being overly emotional
4. Selfishness
5. Illness
6. Stress
7. Loneliness
8. Resentments
9. Unrealistic expectations
10. Unfulfillment

Yes, this is a big and wide-spread list. Keep coming back here for updates on all of these topics and how they play into the whole get positive / stay positive road map!
